Convergence Healing™ is a process of coming together, of reassembling the parts of us that were wounded and shattered. I created this process to heal myself (physically, mentally, and spiritually) and have shared it with thousands of others around the world through my private practice, books, workshops, and YouTube videos. I work from the knowing that who you are is Whole, Perfect, and Complete at the core of your being, no matter what you are presenting on the surface or your life experience. The pain, the part of you that’s suffering, whether it is anxiety, addiction, or chronic physical pain, isn’t who you are. It’s an experience you are having and it can be healed! The Convergence Healing™ process is focused not on fixing you but on expanding, growing, releasing, and moving through the pain. All of the parts of you deserve to be loved and through the practical and doable Convergence Healing approach to wellbeing, we shift from being stuck and focused on what’s wrong, to solutions that are grounded in your highest potential.
